These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the auto detailing services provided by BJ's Detailing ("we", "us", "our"), located at 143 1st Dr NE, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide interior and exterior vehicle detailing. Descriptions on this website are for general information; the exact work performed, timing and price are agreed with you before service begins and depend on your vehicle's size and condition.

Appointments and cancellations

• Appointments are scheduled by phone, email or chat.
• Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
• We may need to reschedule for weather, equipment or safety reasons, and will contact you as early as we can.
• Arriving significantly late may shorten the service or require rescheduling.

Pricing and payment

Quotes are estimates based on the information provided. If a vehicle requires significantly more work than expected (for example heavy soiling, pet hair, mold or biohazards), we will inform you before continuing and confirm any additional cost. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

Customer responsibilities

• Remove personal belongings, valuables and loose items before your appointment.
• Disclose any existing damage, aftermarket finishes, wraps or paint repairs.
• Ensure we have safe, legal access to the vehicle and, if applicable, to water and power.

Limitation of liability

We take care with every vehicle, but detailing can reveal or affect pre-existing conditions such as failing clear coat, prior paint work, worn trim, cracked leather or loose parts. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear, for items left in the vehicle, or for conditions not disclosed to us. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Communications consent

By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry, quote or appointment. Website use

This website is provided for informational purposes and is offered "as is" without warranties of any kind. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. Content, logos and images on this site belong to BJ's Detailing or their respective owners and may not be copied without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Tuscarawas County, Ohio.
